Gruppo Orsero
Orsero Group is a leading player in the European fruit and vegetable sector, with employees based all over the world. For years, the company has been taking steps to foster openness and engagement across its network of employees and collaborators.
As part of this broader evolution, our role was to support the company in developing its first fully functional corporate intranet—a valuable tool designed to strengthen connection between the Group and its people. More than just a communication platform, the intranet also serves as a central hub of services and useful information, promoting unity and accessibility across the organization.
Wireframing and Visual Design
At the foundation of the entire project, we carried out an extensive content rationalization and organization process. Materials were first categorized by type and function, then structured into grids to support the next stage of graphic design (wireframes).
We then focused on the design of both visual layouts and text content, adopting a tone of voice and visual treatment aligned with Orsero’s brand guidelines—fresh, spontaneous, and user-friendly. The communication was further enhanced with custom-designed icons and infographics, adding clarity and visual appeal throughout the intranet experience.
Homepage and Page Architecture
The Orsero Group Intranet is defined first and foremost by an expressive, easy-to-navigate homepage that brings together all the main functionalities and content from the various sections in one centralized space. Its four-section navigation menu allows users to instantly identify available services and move smoothly between areas, supported by clear, engaging copy that enhances usability and encourages interaction.
SECTIONS FILLED WITH USEFUL SERVICES
Upon landing on the homepage, users can access individual sections via the top horizontal menu, which provides a range of useful services—from HR functionalities to administrative support tools, all the way to a direct contact form that allows employees to share feedback directly with the company.
Finally, we carefully oversaw the entire development and debugging phase, leading up to the successful launch of the portal.
